Great office space in equally fantastic location. Free tea, coffee, fruit. Some of the people are lovely.
Cons
Higher management are clueless in what is best, taking actions that negatively impact the business. Many frustrations in completing projects and work that lead nowhere as managers fail to utilise information created by others. Getting in contact with members from other areas proved to be challenging and emails and messages would be ignored, months on end, even after sending multiple reminders and messages. Managers all just agree with the CEO and justify completely actions taken, even if they're not the best step forward. Promised many things at the start of employment, nothing ever came about and too many false expectations. Horrible management, horrible experience. One I wish to never experience again.
