Pros

Only leave policies are good.

Cons

There is a classroom training of 1 month and 1 month of OJT. During the classroom training period, there will be tests like reviews every week. Main is the competitive review tk basically understand if you have understood anything or not. Get this, they can kick you out in the first month itself if they're not satisfied with your performance. And the best part? This is not conveyed to you during the interview process or while onboarding. This happened with me. I had served my notice period with my previous company, did all the formalities and they just kicked me out. Ditto Insurance ruined my life. If this was conveyed before, I wouldn't have joined the company. Plus they have a clause that if you leave within the 15 months after joining, you'll have to pay 75k. Horrible stuff. You leave your previous company, you join here without any insurance background or knowledge, they assure you that it won't be a problem since they'll train you, since this is not conveyed, you're stress free that you've found a good wfh job, reviews happen, they're not satisfied, they give one final chance, if they're not satisfied again, they'll kick you out. See I understand that they also need to maintain a standard but I feel like they shouldn't just fire you in the training period it self. There's a reason it is called training. If your performance is not good even after OJT, then kicking you out is understandable. Sure, whatever they're doing with insurance is really good, I will appreciate that but this is not right. And this is not even written anywhere in the offer letter.

Pros

Working at Ditto Insurance has been a valuable learning experience for me, especially as an Insurance Advisor. The company maintains a customer-first approach, which helps advisors focus on genuinely helping clients instead of just selling products. The work culture is supportive and collaborative, and all team members are always willing to help each other. Managers are always approachable and provide guidance whenever needed, which creates a positive environment for learning and growth. One of the best aspects is the training and knowledge-sharing culture. Regular discussions, feedback sessions, and practical exposure have helped me improve both my communication skills and insurance knowledge significantly. The company also gives good exposure to different customer scenarios, which helps build confidence and professionalism over time. Overall, it is a good place for someone who wants to learn, grow, and build a career in the insurance advisory domain.

Cons

As the company is growing rapidly, some processes and workflows are still evolving. However, management is continuously working toward improving operational efficiency and employee experience. At times, the pace of work can be demanding, especially during high-volume periods, but it also provides opportunities to learn time management and adaptability in a fast-moving environment.
