Pros
The people hired to do the daily tasks are great to work with.
Cons
The customer service department is horrendously toxic and micromanaged. The people are not listened to, appreciated or given a chance for success. If you don't conform to the ridiculous rules you're bullied and harassed. Management must have HR fooled since they are no help to the employees.
