I don't advise anyone to get hired in this company specially Saudi Arabia branch due to the following reasons: 1. The name of the organization might look appealing from outside but inside the corporate you'll expirience a miserable chaos in terms of the day to day work, where no one will guide you what to do and from whom to receive your tasks nor you will be developed. 2. There is no job security for an employee where you can be fired any time without being noticed. The company does not stick to its written policies on ground and rather will build up legal cases against you to terminate you anytime. 3. There is too much corporate politics in the organization rather than a growing and a developing ecosystem accompanied with aggressive passive micromanagement. 4. You will be subjected to bullying, harassment and insultment from your senior managers most frequently due to authocratic leadership model with no minimal care of your mental health or dignity as an employee. 5. The work space is one of the worst workspaces ever, too old, unclean and untidy with boxes, cartoons and folders in every corner and on top and beneath of the office desks. Nevertheless, you will have no office or desk to sit as the company does not bother itself about the comfort of its employees and takes too much time to invest on employees. 6. You will expirience a lack of respect in the working culture, where harrasment and bullying is a common behavior between the co-workers with no minimal discipline. 7. You are not allowed to speak your mind or disclose your ideas as the management is not ready to hear it's employees and rather you will be either forbidden or fired. 8. You will never receive your expenses on time without aggressive follow ups nor your working tools on time during your on boarding process. 9. The administration and human resources department is too lazy and you have to follow up with them several times and push them hard to get your things done. 10. The culture can be referred to as a disjointed working culture rather than a developing or growing culture. 11. There is a lack of transperancy and lack of discipline from the organization towards the employees. 12. There is a lack of empathy from the organization towards its employees.

- Regional Managers are excellent

Cons

-Completely gone to AI techs can no longer take care of the customers properly -horrible merit increases - work load expanded each day with no extra pay -micromanager beyond anything ever seen - no trust in their employees and out numbers reflect that compared to a few years ago - minimal room for advancement even with hard work
