      Pros

      Excellent company, good pay, great benefits (but very expensive). Enjoy the work and the people.

      Cons

      As a government contractor, money was always an issue. No promotional opportunities. Always challenged to do more with less. Poor planning; projects were just assigned without regard to other projects on your desk. If you were able to get good results on your projects, you were rewarded with more projects.

      Pros

      Good entry level jobs. Great benefits, although healthcare is expensive. Take advantage of college tuition reimbursement program, only way to advance in company is to have a degree. Overall, employee satisfaction is good. Salaries good but not high for exempt positions.

      Cons

      Few opportunities for internal advancement. Most management positions filled by transfers from parent company Florida Blue or externals. Lot of favoritism in review process and promotions. Customer Service jobs work a lot of overtime and often on Saturdays. Exempts work on the average 50 or more hours per week. Salaries low for nonexempt positions.
