Pros

Decent health insurance and hybrid schedule

This has been the worst career experience I’ve had as a therapist. Executive leadership including directors, VP, and chiefs are out of touch, only concerned about getting in clients for the bottom dollar without enough staff to treat them, is an incredibly toxic environment, absolutely no voice to be heard, and you’ll essentially be a sweat shop therapist. You will burn yourself out with absolutely no appreciation and horrible pay. There are far more valuable and meaningful places to work. The community distrusts this agency because the lack of care they have for people and with the literally constant daily changes to expectations and policies, it is not worth it. This place has changed the company name multiple times because it’s the only way they can keep the doors open, by reinventing themselves after it gets so bad. It is a sinking ship and other than the care of your colleagues and supervisors, it will kill your soul. Literally go anywhere else.

Pros

The company is strongly focused on providing services to our community and not focused necessarily on making rich people richer, like most companies.

Cons

It's not highly competitive in the pay scale but at least you can have a clear conscience working here knowing your efforts are for the betterment of the community.

Pros

Leadership is organized and forward thinking. They’re constantly trying to improve and do a great job of empowering employees wanting to develop professionally! They also do a great job overall with listening for areas of improvement and are hands on.

Cons

Each team is different, so there are some teams that have higher turnover and have the same high performance expectations as more consistent teams.
