-they had some very, very smart long term people working for them -there were opportunities to take on ambitious projects -location was nice -coworkers were nice

-management, especially at the top, didn't seem to know if they were coming or going -lack or coordination between departments -lack or follow through on said ambitious projects -a lack or understanding its customers needs... frequently asked why certain software was discontinued or not updated to modernize -an inability to hang on to young, talented people through really not offering much in the way of job security or real respect for the work they put in, dumping them unceremoniously. -if I could give two thumbs down for the CEO I would. Total lack of a plan.

Not hard to get a job there owing to the high turnover and minimal qualifications required. Decent opportunity to learn on the job if you stick with it.

Smart and ambitions people all leave, so all you're left with are new hires with no experience and very complacent lifers. Salaries are low.
