Disorganized, construction is always late and will forget about the closing that day. You end up lying for them because they are not professional. You end up babysitting everyone on the team. Closing is never easy with Dividend. They fired Bob the owner after 40 years, and didnt realize they need him to build homes. The builder closed for 2 years and will not be building during this time due to lack of leadership in this economy. They need to hire experienced people in management. I had someone on workers compensation and they fired him, which that was illegal. Company is unprofessional - just a heads up.
