Pros
Remote work from anywhere, it's fantastic. The team is a joy, honestly. Everyone on the team works great together and we're all rooting for each other to succeed. Hands down the most genuine company I've ever worked for, Everyone understands the unique challenges of the home builder partners because we all come from similar career backgrounds.
Cons
It might be hard for someone who doesn't know the world of home building to join the team in some of the more front-facing roles.
