      Product will solve a real problem in the future. The potential is there.

      Cons

      Rapid direction changes, personnel changes, budget constraints, and epic mismanagement are converging to make this place a sinking ship. It's shocking the investors and board continue to allow DoControl to maintain status quo.

      - great product & tech that speaks for itself - great leadership who are genuinely good people - leadership genuinely cares about employees & customers - great wfh culture, employees are trusted to take ownership of work & get it done, zero micromanagement - it has the most positive culture of any saas/tech start-up i have worked at
