      Nice people, good job security

      Cons

      Comp and benefits are far below market, even amongst mid-size competitors. Managers and leaders avoid difficult conversation leading to a level of complacency and incompetence. Very old fashioned.

      Pros

      Decent balance, great colleagues, and nice office.

      Cons

      Flexibility kept getting taken away slowly, lots of blanket punishments instead of punishing those who deserved it, causing low morale. Lower pay, choose your own benefits but they weren’t great, and were expensive.
