      Flexible scheduling, great management, eat unlimited popcorn while on shift, 50% off merchandise, allowed to be on phone while working as long as there are no customers

      Cons

      Low pay for an adult, only get a 15 minute lunch break since it is in the mall and you can't leave stores unoccupied or you will get fined
