No pros. If you start to work here, you'll have to work till you retire because they'll not give you any experience/releiving letter or payslip.
Cons
The company's main focus is sales. Even after being a product-based company, if you are selected as a Test Engineer, you have to take sales calls. You will not get payslip or experience/releiving letter if you are leaving the company. The CEO doesnt have the manner to talk to people or how to treat her employees. She'll even sometimes expect you to work on Sundays. You'll have to work 12 hours a day. There is no management in the company. In the offer letter it will be written that you get a certain no. of leaves, but even after that if you take any leave they'll deduct it from your salary.
