Pros
DocMagic is a company that has undergone quite the journey in terms of growth, understanding, and humility. The company’s track record isn’t clean by any means, but upper management has been making strides to create a workplace that all employees feel heard, understood, and secure in the knowledge that they will be treated with respect and dignity. I can only applaud the steps taken to make DocMagic a wholesome work environment that we can all be proud of.
Cons
The biggest issue we’ve always struggled with was effective communication. This is one area that has seen significant improvement over the years.
