Cons
This company has major problems. Their systems and software are outdated, extremely buggy and as a result, they are constantly scrambling all day long every day to fix production problems. Turnover is extremely high. The benefits are the worst I've ever seen in any IT company - health insurance is extremely high, no 401(k) for one year and the same cheap benefits overall as it was back in the 80s. It is an extremely stressful environment with low morale and long hours that go unappreciated. If you are smart and educated you will not last long here, guaranteed. Their salaries can be higher than average but don't take the bait. They have high salaries as an attempt to quickly recruit bodies that they just disposed of. I truly hate this place...but what I hate more are the nightmares.
