Pros

It was a great company to get started in research. Management could improve but overall it was great. It gave me good experience and insight into the research world.

Cons

Not very good benefits, but no complaints. Salary wasn’t that good.

Pros

If you're looking to actually learn how clinical trials work, and not just push paper, DocTrials is amazing for it. I really appreciated how encouraging they were to newcomers to the field! As a CRC there, I got way more hands-on experience than I expected which has been incredibly valuable for my future career. I had four clinical trials I oversaw which I thought was very reasonable. In addition, I also had the opportunity to learn how other companies run their trials I came to really appreciate how well run DocTrials is. I will say, the pace is really fast, but looking back I think it is what made me an amazing CRC and also a great clinician in my current career. The team is amazing and they actually trust you with real responsibility. Would def recommend working here!

Cons

The learning curve was a lot! You also wear a lot of hats which was great for autonomy and experience, sometimes stressful. This is probably just due to the nature of the work though

Pros

Health insurance after 2 months. Nice coworkers. Patient experience.

Cons

Literally everything else. I worked there just shy of three months when they blindsided me and let me go. Erin, the CEO, is very fake and has a ‘mean girl’ demeanor. They treat their employees like crap. They hire “clinical research coordinators” but it’s not that. They pay you as an assistant and give you “bonuses” for recruitment and “incentives” when all of that work is what a CRC does. They try to have the minimal amount of staff as possible which means everyone is overworked. Don’t work here please.
