Pros

- Competitive pay - Snacks - Hybrid work environment

Cons

- Zero work/life balance: Some of us had to work on Saturdays & Sundays just because your indian manager set some unrealistic deadline. This is a norm at Docsumo. - Micro-management: The EM/leads want to be the boss, they love to micro-manage. They'll compare you with some (over-working) high-performer and pass derogatory comments on you. They'll argue about your EOD updates saying the work is minimal. - Few junior people promoted as senior lack clear vision, are unprofessional, and hence the team suffers. They come up with ever ending requirements and expect you to work during off-hours. You'll often find them passing narcissistic comments. - Toxic culture: Almost everyone is working till mid-night or at least they pretend to. You'll hardly see any EOD updates before mid-night. - Unprofessional: The team lacks any professional ethics as they hire mostly freshers. There's no HR just few home grown managers who know nothing about management. - Poor feedback mechanism: One of the engineer reported about his unprofessional & toxic manager, the next day the manager know who reported against him.

Cons
