This a new organization that creates a very casual and easygoing atmosphere. This organization concentrates on education for medical students who are studying for their boards. We as an organization, are trained to assist medical students in reaching their goal. DIT is an organization that cares for its clients just as much as it cares for its employees. There is great respect between employer and employees.
Cons
Currently this comapny does not offer any benefits but is it in the process of creating a competative benefit package for its employees. Therefore, we are still going through growing pains in the sense that we are trying to find our way in the best practice for this company.
