      Pros

      I've started working in this company as junior developer. Nobody ever gave me hard time. I really appreciate it, because it really helped me in growing myself as a developer in such atmosphere. I like that all team members are into what they're doing, there are no people who are detached. Another important thing is that Matts care about team members. I love being part of this company.

      Cons

      Since we're working remotely, I'd love to meet team members personally more often. Now is quite difficult time for this. :)

      New management team, so processes are constantly changing. Not for someone who is not good with adapting quickly.
