DocuSign implemented a global policy called DS cares. The first version was 1000 USD or equivalent in local currency. The second version was a clear act of discrimination against Latinos and Arab/Africans since the only operations that suffered this benefit cut were Brazil, Mexico and Egypt. All the rich and developed nations received the same amount as DS Cares 1. Those 3 countries received HALF of the value. DocuSign position itself, as mentioned in the career site, as : "We will be fair and treat everyone equally. Equal pay, equal opportunity, EQUAL EVERYTHING".
Several employees tried to argue with HR about this topic and no answer was provided by the HR until now. DocuSign has more than 8.000 employees and those 3 operation combined have less than 500 hundred employees. There is no reasonable explanation to cut half of the benefit of those 3 countries since the impact would be in 5% of the global workforce.
