Easy work not hard. Lot of bag heatings. You due get you lunch at the 4 four mark instead of being forced to take it at 2. Hardest part is serving large crowds.
Cons
Management that thinks they know better. What I mean is I cooked for 15 years and some of the stuff I was told to due on how to do it was like entering the workplace for the first time when you 18. The much older workers are sweet but CONSTANTLY get in you way when trying to do a task. Lot of incompetent employees.have to be here 10 minutes early before you clock in and don’t get paid.
It’s on federal land so label laws are different. For ski resorts overtime doesn’t start till 10 hour mark in a day or once you go over 50 hours a week. Too focused on food safety to where you can’t even cook.
