Pros

You can make pretty good money here considering the hours they make you work

I've had many jobs and this job itself has got to be the worst one I've had. The managers act nice to you until you do something they don't like. A proffesional manager would confront you with the issue, listen on your behalf and give you proper information to improve. What I had experienced was nothing like that. I had a specific manager verbally abuse my coworkers and I. He was swearing and calling us inappropriate names. I've never been so disrespected. They make you work overtime pretty much every night. Asking for vacation time, time off or simply calling in sick with a doctors note is like pulling teeth out. One of the employees was literally fired for calling in ONE time, they weren't even understaffed that day. If anything they were over staffed considering there were many salesmen having trouble staying busy. They give the salesmen so much pressure and make them fearful of loosing there job. The managers act as if they care but it's all fake. There is also favoritism. They don't bother being reasonable either. The turnover rate is ridiculous and I could see why. They fire people so easily. I was fired without any notice and in fact they didn't even explain why they made the decision. This place is very unprofessional, rude and gives high pressure to the salesmen. This job has even affected me wanting to buy from Dolan Auto Group.

Pay schedule is weird. Would never get the same amount each paycheck even though I never called out and worked the same days every week

Pros

Culture and family atmosphere is the best over there. Training is good. Growth opportunities so long as your patient.

Cons

Loyal to their employees until they’re not. Can quickly change in a dime, no matter how long you’ve been there. Compensation is low compared to other competitors.
