- Zero benefits - Work from home frowned upon (makes you feel like you are robbing the company) - No flexible hours - Average pay package - Zero bonus - Zero appreciation of hard work - Frugal management - Micromanagers - Office politics The manager I worked with was the most ungrateful, narrow minded and frugal person I've known.
