Used to be great, but downhill fast.
Cons
- Constant reorg, followed by self congratulatory BS on how good the reorg has been immediately without thinking the long term effects. Psychological gaslighting at work.... - Even high performing teams are being restructured for no good reason, leaving behind legacy that new joiners cannot comprehend. - Recently there is more and more push for enforcing tech from top-down from people who have 0 commit activity in Git, Don't expect creativeness by putting a lot of constraints and processes that you think will somehow make it work. - Instead of blaming that we have so much diversity (languages, tools) in tech, how about blaming yourself about making high performing teams quit the workplace (Crickets) ???? - Some higher ups envy juniors that have been doing better than them.
