Pros

Great Starting Salary for Beginners The salary is quite competitive for those just starting out in digital marketing. It offers financial stability while gaining valuable experience. Structured Onboarding and Training Outsourced Doers typically provides solid onboarding processes and training — a great plus if you're still learning the ropes of marketing tools, platforms, or client communication. Work-from-Home Flexibility The remote setup is ideal for people who want flexibility and to avoid daily commutes. Great for work-life balance. International Exposure You often work with overseas clients, especially from Australia and the U.S. This helps build a global mindset and sharpens communication skills. Skill Growth Opportunities The variety of tasks in digital marketing (social media, email campaigns, content creation, etc.) allows for hands-on learning and rapid skill development.

Cons

Limited Advancement Opportunities While it's great for starting out, career growth within the company may feel a bit slow or capped, especially for those looking to move into strategy or leadership roles. High Expectations for Beginners The pace and expectations might be intense at times — clients expect high-quality output, even from newer hires. Workload Can Vary Depending on the client you might assigned, the workload can swing from light to overwhelming.

Pros

Great co-workers and team. Somewhat flexible schedule. Not cold calling. W2.

Cons

The leads are terrible because the marketing is terrible but you’re expected to spend 45 minutes talking to every lead even if they’re not a good fit. I had multiple calls with leads who were clearly not a good fit and then was expected to still sell to them. Most leads get on the call having no idea what the company even does and then you’re expected to close them on the first call. The calls are also advertised as “no pressure” but the sales team is expected to high pressure and even make the leads feel bad to get them to buy. The script also doesn’t make sense for a lot of the leads because it’s only targeted to coaches and course creators but the company markets to all business types. The coworkers are great, but upper management creates a hostile work environment. One of the upper leaders frequently calls the women on the team weak or even a more offensive terms. The hourly team meeting every day is basically just an hour of management yelling at the team. Also the earning potential advertised for the job is unrealistic. Even if you perform well above average you’re making less than $10K/month. There’s also no healthcare or benefits even though they’re advertised with the job. For “healthcare” they just give you the number of an independent insurance sales agent…
