Pros

What I appreciate most about Outsourced Doers is how straightforward and practical the training is. The modules are well-structured, the SOPs and videos are easy to follow, and everything is laid out in a way that makes learning efficient. The program is also very honest and transparent about expectations, which makes it easier to stay on track and motivated. Another big advantage is the balance between theory and hands-on application—exams and tasks really help connect learning to real-world work. The support system is also a huge plus, giving guidance and feedback that makes growth feel achievable.

Cons

At times, the workload can feel a bit heavy, especially when several tasks overlap. Some assignments may also take longer than expected, which can be challenging if you’re still developing time management skills. Because the training is self-paced, it requires a lot of self-discipline and consistency to stay on track. While these challenges can be difficult, they also push you to grow and become more organized.

Pros

Great co-workers and team. Somewhat flexible schedule. Not cold calling. W2.

Cons

The leads are terrible because the marketing is terrible but you’re expected to spend 45 minutes talking to every lead even if they’re not a good fit. I had multiple calls with leads who were clearly not a good fit and then was expected to still sell to them. Most leads get on the call having no idea what the company even does and then you’re expected to close them on the first call. The calls are also advertised as “no pressure” but the sales team is expected to high pressure and even make the leads feel bad to get them to buy. The script also doesn’t make sense for a lot of the leads because it’s only targeted to coaches and course creators but the company markets to all business types. The coworkers are great, but upper management creates a hostile work environment. One of the upper leaders frequently calls the women on the team weak or even a more offensive terms. The hourly team meeting every day is basically just an hour of management yelling at the team. Also the earning potential advertised for the job is unrealistic. Even if you perform well above average you’re making less than $10K/month. There’s also no healthcare or benefits even though they’re advertised with the job. For “healthcare” they just give you the number of an independent insurance sales agent…
