Pros

Varied types of clients. I work with private foundations, arts organizations, human service organizations, etc. Central office staff are professional, intelligent, and diligently work to improve the client's fundraising ability and results. As a fundraising expert, I have the freedom to utilize a DonorPath program, modify it for the client, and coach the client to achieve their goal(s). The resource library is reasonably robust and DonorPath encourages its experts to add to the library.

Cons

The only problem is the webinar connectivity - sometimes it just doesn't work and the session must be rescheduled.

Pros

Concept of the company, flexible work schedule, agile. With the right leadership DonorPath could change the way fundraising happens for small non-profits and change the way fundraising professionals work with clients.

Cons

Leadership was lacking and thus management was obsolete. Internal staff were given new different job titles every week without understanding why or knowing beforehand. Staff walked around on tip-toes hoping not to upset management. Staff was made aware of other staff being let go, prior to the employees termination which made the work environment hostile. Insurance and critical documentation was not in place to protect employees, nonprofits, or independent contractors. Staff and clients were not told the truth about a multitude of issues that could affect people's reputation in the professional community.
