No much room for growth

I learned some good technical skills on my own !

-Senior mgt does not have a clue as to what the industry really needs. -No meetings -No reviews -No appreciation -No training -NO INCREMENT at all -Frequent pay cuts -No JOB security! -low pay -Only ONE good senior developer is running the show...rest of the team has no clue about the position of the company in the market. -management treated so badly -No upward mobility -No career planning -Policy and Procedures are written on the fly -LIARS! They lie about everything and anything !! -Mgt won't spend even a dime on infrastructure/IT
