Pros
Exposure to a range of clients, and quick portfolio builder for junior people. If you want to learn how render a really nice looking squricle, this may be the place for you.
Cons
The design manager is aloof, disrespectful, and lacks the ability to regulate their emotions.
On multiple occasions, design management yelled at me and said I was "incompetent"-- meanwhile, they're out of town, and I'm leading multiple client programs with a high rate of satisfaction.
Beyond this, the company is top heavy. They added too many partners simultaneously, requiring profits to be split too many ways. It's a race to the bottom where they are constantly looking to pay people as little as possible.
Rather than looking to grow their offering enough to charge more/attract higher paying clients, they tell employees who gain too much experience that they're not up to par, put them on a PIP, then backfill with a cheaper resource.
So, if I were you, I'd stay away.
