- the permission to take time to really grasp clients problems and customers desires and put them in engaging "formats" - the direct link to the modern arts society - the non-compromising attitude over 10 years has led to a reputation that offers a lot of interesting work from clients
Cons
- the agency is not big enough(yet) to always get the lead on big project for larger accounts, so they "only" get to do the strategy/concept after winning pitches
