      Pros

      It was a fruitful test run in learning the basics of researching for antibody therapy, fighting to find optimal treatment for variants of cancer.

      Cons

      It had a very hands-on learning experience with learning, failing and retrying which i was told was the nature of R&D which is understandable.

      The science is good and the work environment is amazing. You learn a lot by helping each other achieve the goals.
