Great place to work, dedicated and passionate team members and plenty of room for you to grow and learn new things

Not really a con to me, but it's a growing business so sometimes roles have to grow and adjust to meet needs. If you’re looking for a job with a strict set of responsibilities it might not be for you but I enjoy the opportunity for growth.

Positive work environment and collaborative team. There are real technical challenges and opportunities to learn, especially if you are proactive. Reasonable flexibility and direct communication. The company works on a real product with real customers.

As with most growing companies, some processes are still evolving.
