      Teammate were very supporting and helpful

      Cons

      1. Bad management, branch manager only care about herself 2. Ridiculous salary deduction when you come late, 5 mins deduct till hundreds ++ 3. No KWSP or SOCSO 4. No work life balance, customers keep pushing to work until late night. 5. No allowance if use our own vehicles to go to site and the petrol claim were cheap

      Dotcom is all about the people. They hire people who are kind and genuinely care about each other and our clients

      Cons

      It's a fast paced environment - if you don't like being challenged this place is not for you.

      Pros

      Some work from home but not much and they are not nice about it.

      Cons

      Too much work and no accountability. Have to track every little thing you do on a tracker and list out how long you spent on each task. Big waste of time. Too many meeting and no time to actually do work.
