      Pros

      Good people if you’re placed in the right team.

      Cons

      They pay incredibly low for the amount of effort put in. Upper management has no empathy. Only the designers are great, the toxicity comes from the leaders. No benefits.

      My team leader is nice but is not able to manage our workload well especially with one client that's very persistent in getting the output right away. While I understand that we have to please our clients, I think it is also important to set clear boundaries and to manage clients' expectations with turn around time.
