Good and relaxing working environment in Thailand. The work is not challenging most of the time.
Cons
No career path: you could be stuck in the same position forever, while the doors to management level are only open to outsiders: either experienced professionals or graduates from top-tier B schools. Lack of empowerment: people have the mentality to avoid responsibility by avoiding getting involved.
