      Pros

      * super, smart, dedicated people * small and diverse environment * great workshops and tools that are available for personal projects outside of work hours * accessible leadership and a blessed dearth of politics * an exciting product that is making waves in the education and professional markets * meals provided basically whenever you're in the office, so that's lunches and often dinners when it's a late night * truly a healthy work-life balance where it's easy to work from home (Doubles in the office for calling in) and carry flexible hours around family and other commitments * commuter benefits packages

      Cons

      * startup pay rates are on the lower side of market averages and no 401k

      Pros

      Double Robotics is poised for success. The company is still pre-Series A yet has been profitable for over two years. The product is simply incredible - if you want to work on a product that truly changes people's lives, this is the place for you. The people at Double are intelligent, quirky, and kind. Because we're a fairly small company, you also have the opportunity to wear many hats. Management is very close to the team and encourage everyone's voice to be heard. You can easily set a time to speak with our CEO at any time. All around, Double Robotics is a great place to be.

      Cons

      Not enough employee engagement or team bonding activities. I know some people don't know everyone's names. Would love to see company culture get beefed up in that way.
