Pros
- Interesting high end and unique projects throughout U.S. - Smart and talented teams. Tough to get a job with Dowbuilt, but it shows that they are looking for the best of best. - a lot of growth opportunities. There are growing pains too, but they are managing and doing it right in my opinion. They still make sure everyone is taken care of. - On board training was very good, didn't feel overwhelmed in my first few weeks. - Company culture is very laid back but take pride in their work. It is a construction company but with a feel of big Tech company (offices where you can bring a dog, IT support, stocked kitchens, free lunches, etc). - Treat employees well with good health benefits (better than most construction companies)
Cons
- Only $50 for phone allowance. After taxes etc, its like $35 a month. Other companies offer up to $80. - They have like one company gathering a quarter, would like to see more. I really enjoyed their happy hour.
