      You learn a lot about how to manage working in a toxic environment.

      Cons

      I worked in Stabo Team, a toxic place which is a revolving door. The team is mismanaged by the new manager who is setting a really poor culture.

      Pros

      Great group of employees, vehicle usually provided to Site Engineers after 1-2 years of employment if you are site-based A lot of offices in New Zealand to be able to move around

      Big company - usually little say on your next job/posting
