      To advance in the company, one must be related to Senior Management or must know how to put $$$$ in the major investor's pocket.

      Good people. My fellow employees are very competent and personable. There are many employees here who have a great many years of service. That says something.

      Cons

      The current mortgage crisis has put all of our jobs at risk.
