      Amazing benefits, can walk to work since it is in an urban area, matrix organization means you don't really have a boss, great work/life balance

      Cons

      Very high cost of living, projects can range from interesting and relevant to boring and out of your expertise, projects often end abruptly, working on more than 2 projects at once is common

      Everyone is super nice and there is opportunity for movement upwards and into different departments.
