      Stable work environment with good work life balance.

      Cons

      Majority of work force is senior and waiting to retire. Lack of urgency and motivation to accomplish work by senior staff causes lengthy project timelines. "Cameras off" culture and lack of leadership/management leads to poor working environment for junior staff. Staff is pigeonholed into programs and are not able to work on different projects.       Everyone is super nice and there is opportunity for movement upwards and into different departments.

      Pay is a little low but other then that absolutely amazing.
