Amazing place to work - Client Lead Draw Group Employee Review

- The people are what makes Draw. I'm constantly surprised by how friendly, approachable and fun everyone at the company are. It's got a flat organisation structure with very few egos. - The company was recently acquired by Oliver Wyman, which means there's lots of growth and opportunity, and plenty of interesting work. - Cool office, lots of space, office dog (!), big workshop spaces. - Since they're part of Oliver Wyman, awesome package with lots of perks.

- There are few unknowns right now due to the Oliver Wyman acquisition, hopefully the leadership team make sure that we're heading in the right direction as an agency and continue to get interesting, creative projects.

The office is lovely and in a great location.

I was there when they hired the recruiter and then gaslighted her until she left (see other review). One of those places where people are scared and jealous of others for some reason, rather than collaborative. When I was there they were paying one of the CTOs friends as a contract manager and he didn't know what he was doing (everyone who worked on the project thought he was mental!). He generally just got in the way of the excellent work we were doing and then spent most of his time where he wasn't getting in the way working on his own clients from the Draw offices rather than trying to organise the work. In fact he was so actively disorganised that it was better he spent 90% of his time doing something else. He presented stuff to the board of the client and decided at the last minute to get someone who had never used the App before to login and surprise - it didn't work!! Had zero talking points, zero plan for things going wrong, no ability to engage the client etc. Genuinely I have no idea how these people get away with running an agency like this but you know, good luck to them, I'm sure the owners are making a fortune. I've no doubt it would be a nice place to work if you 100% fit into the crowd. I'd say to the other staff there that if you're jealous of being a contractor why not just try it rather than act in such a hostile way towards us 😂👊🏻
