Pros
I joined DRI early on and it became clear immediately that it would be an excellent company to to work for. Team and management were clearly talented, energetic, passionate and kind. It was my first experience working with a startup and I was thrilled at the new levels of responsibility and autonomy that the company offered. At DRI I was given the creative opportunities that I had been looking for and also a great team to work alongside. It can also be a great company if you like to travel! In the space of my first year at DRI the team went on numerous trips including GDC and Chinajoy ;)
Cons
DRI is great for hiring new talent and bringing graduates into excellent jobs, but at times a few more experienced team members would have helped keep things flowing.
