      Pros

      Good work culture set by the founder and leaders, which keeps you motivating while working. Opportunities to work in different functions , and to learn new things . Flexible timings, hybrid working days. Great work/ life balance. Dream job for working mom's.

      Cons

      It's great place to work and can't see cons as such.

      Pros

      After years of consulting, it is nice to be part of a team again. The Drip Capital US team is smart, driven and easy to work with. You take ownership quickly and are allowed to make the changes and upgrades needed to succeed in your given tasks.

      Cons

      Though I am used to it, having overseas partners is always a bit of a challenge due to time zones, however, Drip has an India night crew to support US operations and limits this exposure. Drip US is still a start-up which I really enjoy, but some people find challenging.

      extremely poor data architecture, unstable data sources, extremely narrow margin product
