Pros
It's really hard to think of any pros to working here. While I was working there, the management would say they fired people when in actuality they all quit. I saw well over 12 people quit during my two months there. The interview is ridiculous. They will tell you anything to get you to start working for them.
Cons
Since the above were my pros for the company, here is my cons. It's all commission based, which would be fine if you lived in an alley way doing heroine everyday and didn't care about a place to live. They don't pay you for gas after making you drive all over the place. You're pretty much Jehovah's Witness for discounted sports tickets and food. Good luck having a social life because you work roughly 65+ hours a week. The manager has even stated to me once you can't really have a social life while working there. You walk around in rain, sleet, snow, and the scorching sun dressed like a monkey. They don't allow you to comfortably where a nice business polo even when it's 110 degrees outside. Must be wearing dress slacks and a button up shirt with tie all day and knocking on doors swimming in sweat.
