Pros

I’ve been working here more than a year now, and my experience has been nothing short of enjoyable. This place gets busy fast, filled with challenges and new obstacles to overcome everyday. The team I work with always inspire me to be better, and everyone in here treats you like family!

Cons

Challenges can go on longer than expected, just be sure to satisfy them.

Pros

I have just been hired a little over a month ago with DriveSmart straight out of university. Not only is the money good, but the amount of professional skills I'm being taught by management and co-workers alike is outstanding. I feel like this is a perfect position for me to begin my professional career after University. In addition, my team is the most personable and fun work-team I have ever worked on - ever.

Cons

The company is growing quickly so the workload can be sometimes overwhelming (although it makes the day go by SUPER FAST).

A difficult sell but viable

Hired for this position and given a schedule of commissions etc above an hourly wage. But not told till 2 1/2 weeks later that any open, as I was an opener, that I would have to split my basic commission with the closer. Then told 1/2 of any closed commissions would be withheld and put into a bank for any commissions that were paid and cancelled. Then today more as I am older and forgot to time out for lunch etc which was a finger print that did not work 5-6 times each time I tried. A company that has poor training and seem to change the rules after u are 2 1/2 weeks into working for them. offer a no star for working conditions, dirty floors and lots of vulgar language on the floor from all. Supposed to have a dress code but have seen shorts, dresses at the shortest level and leggings, breasts showing too much and some managers in dirty jeans.

Here at DriveSmart we place employees first and do anything in our power to make their time employed here an enjoyable one. We understand that being an opening enrollment agent is difficult, however everything about the position is known and displayed at time of training. Any confusion or questions with about enrolling commissions should of been immediately addressed if you had them. Additionally, company standards dictate there is a strict dress code, with the allowance of casual Fridays where employees can dress comfortably so long as appropriate.
