Pros
The size of the company made it easier to make executive decisions, less bureaucracy when you want to try something out is a huge advantage. Higher pay for increased productivity (in the form of bonuses). Opportunities to work from home.
Cons
You have to be relatively self-directed. Management uses timesheets to track time so there is some feedback but you can't expect to be told what to do everyday. Some people had a hard time with this. Office environment was open plan, this can make it hard to focus.
