Can't really think of any cons.

Everyone in the office works extremely hard to support the instructors. The company is flexible and adapts to changing needs of the industry and the employees. They reward you for your hard work and dedication. You are always appreciated and supported. Everyone works very well together! You can also pick up extra hours during the holidays if you are an instructor and staying in-town.

There are slow times, so if you're an instructor, you might not always be able to work full time hours. Being an instructor, you will encounter the occasional difficult student.
