      It's a tech company that is working with retails and malls which has led to a very diverse team. It's a start-up, so there are lots of opportunities for you to give feedback and be part of building the operations and procedures for the way things run in the US.

      Cons

      It's a start-up, with that comes growing pains and change. It's not the work environment that works for everyone, but if you are someone who likes to be part of building the foundation of a company, it's 100% the place for you.

      individuality you will get as far as you want if you put the work

      as a startup you have to be on your toes it is not a job for anyone since there is no set way of doing things but you need to have an entrepreneur mentality

      Great Idea, the service is awesome. Current staff is awesome location is amazing. The work life balance like no other. Innovative company, forward thinkers, and growing. Great Regional leader. On site staff is the best.

      Cons

      start up. So in reality growing stages. Not a bad thing but learning along the way.
