      Pros

      Flexible scheduling, high job fulfillment and involvement in organizational direction. Ability to own and lead projects. Incredible healthcare and benefits. Super high commitment to DEI.

      Cons

      Though commitment to DEI is high, more diverse hiring would be awesome.

      New leadership has taken away the values of the company. Running it more as a for-profit business than a non-profit.
